GME Consulting Services, Inc., a Dallas-based engineering firm, provides geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, environmental consulting and physical condition assessment services for its clients. From the ground up, GME functions as an integral part of a design/construction team, working closely with clients to develop priorities, identify potential concerns and implement practical and cost-effective solutions. GME also provides vital services to the financial sector, including environmental and property condition assessments.

Founded in 1997 by Mark Kawalek, P.E., and Marci Kawalek, GME is committed to teamwork and creative problem-solving, with principal involvement in every project.  At GME, we pride ourselves on doing things right the first time, and being accessible and responsive to all of our clients.

LEED Support Services, which evaluate the LEED point potential regarding pavement base selection, use of recycled or permeable concrete and existing land restrictions, are a part of our geotechnical services.  

 Geotechnical and concrete laboratory equipment includes free swell and consolidation apparatus, unconfined compressive strength device, Atterberg limits devices, sieves, ovens, calibrated electronic balances, unit weight apparatus and concrete compression machine.
